The Texray Vietnam Garment Factory project located in Loi Binh Nhon Industrial Park, Tan An City, Long An Province is a modern industrial textile manufacturing facility. ElipCo executed the comprehensive structural construction, architectural finishing, and site infrastructure.
Project Scope & Key Infrastructure Components:
Two Steel Frame Factories: Construction of two pre-engineered steel truss factory workshops with a total area of 3,480m², optimized for industrial garment production lines.
Specialized Water Tanks: Construction of reinforced concrete domestic water storage tanks and dedicated fire protection tanks adhering to safety regulations.
Site Infrastructure & Utilities: Asphalt-paved heavy-duty internal roadways, water supply and drainage networks, and a centralized wastewater treatment facility meeting environmental standards.
