The Cibao Parking Facility project is a multi-level auxiliary infrastructure development located inside Suoi Tre Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province. Designed with a highly functional layout, the building efficiently manages vehicle staging and parking for thousands of factory personnel and transport fleets.

Structural Engineering & Technical Details:
Substructure: Reinforced concrete isolated footings engineered for cost optimization and structural stability.
Superstructure: Heavy-duty reinforced concrete columns combined with structural steel trusses to provide open circulation spaces for vehicles.
Enclosure & Roofing: 200mm double-brick masonry perimeter walls, capped with high-grade heat-insulating corrugated steel sheet roofing for superior durability.
