The Fortune VN Technology Factory project located inside Dong Xoai 3 Industrial Park is a modern high-tech manufacturing facility. ElipCo was appointed as the main contractor to execute the full structural construction, architectural finishing, specialized technical utilities, and civil site infrastructure.
Project Scope & Key Infrastructure Components:
Main Production Workshop: Long-span industrial steel structure covering a total floor area of 15,499.75 sq.m.
Executive Office Building: Modern office space with a total floor area of 1,259.5 sq.m.
Canteen & Staff Dining Hall: Dedicated welfare building covering 1,296 sq.m.
Fire Protection & Site Infrastructure: Reinforced concrete fire protection water tank with a capacity of 1,094.4 m³, paved internal road networks, guard houses, perimeter fencing, and complete site drainage systems.
