Detailed Project Description:
The Norway Fertilizer Factory project inside Tan Kim Expanded Industrial Park, Long An Province is a modern industrial fertilizer chemical manufacturing complex. ElipCo was appointed as the main contractor to execute the full structural construction, architectural finishing, civil infrastructure, and MEP engineering.

Project Scope & Key Infrastructure Components:

Production & Executive Zones: Heavy-duty steel frame main production workshop designed for high chemical/equipment loads and an executive administration office building.

Site Infrastructure & Roadways: Heavy-duty internal paved roadways engineered for container trucks and site-wide drainage networks.

Auxiliary Utilities & Technical Systems: Staff canteen, guard house, electrical control room, parking shelters, domestic water tank, fire storage tank, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), electrical transformer substation, and certified M&E/Fire Protection systems.
