Detailed Project Description:
The Sinomag Technology Vietnam Factory project is a large-scale manufacturing facility located inside Long Giang Industrial Park, Tien Giang Province. ElipCo executed the complete turnkey scope from structural construction and architectural finishing to site infrastructure, M&E networks, and certified fire protection systems.
Project Scope & Key Infrastructure Components:
Main Production Workshop: Long-span steel structure workshop covering a massive total floor area of 15,120 sq.m.
Executive Office & Expert Residence: Modern administrative office building and a dedicated 540 sq.m expert residence block with full accommodation facilities.
Site Infrastructure & Internal Roads: Heavy-duty internal paved road network spanning 11,803 sq.m.
Auxiliary Utilities & Technical Systems: Power house, vehicle parking shelter, domestic water tank, fire storage tank, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), electrical transformer substation, and full M&E/Firefighting systems.
